Recognized the National Archive and Dr. Yolanda Díaz Martínez in the central act for the Day of Science

The recent 15th of January took place in the City of Havana, the central act for the Cuban Science Day. During the activity were honored a group of workers and entities that have excelled in the scientific sector, representing a wide range of disciplines. Some of them related to economics, philosophy and linguistics, for example, and not only to the exact sciences. Within these categories of Sciences is the work done in the National Archive of the Republic of Cuba. Institution that was recognized "for its contributions to the economic and social development of the province and the country in 2018", a distinction that was granted by the Provincial Delegation of CITMA in Havana.

The Dra. In Historical Sciences, Yolanda Díaz Martínez, director of the Research Department of the Archive, also received a deserved recognition for her scientific contributions to the socio-economic development of society.

During the day for Cuban Science, the National Archive also joined the tweet called by the CITMA, especially the messages sent by our president, to whom we thank congratulations. Through social networks, our website, and fundamentally the work done, we reiterate our commitment to Cuban and revolutionary science, in pursuit of a better future.
